Return Policy - Woodfield Cards

At Woodfield Cards, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Claims and Timeframe

All claims for both personalized and non-personalized products must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. We always aim to make sure that our Woodfield customers are happy. Should you experience an issue, or have a damaged product, please reach out to us.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 603-835-9000 or email us at office@woodfieldcards.com. Kindly provide the reason for the return, and our dedicated customer service representatives will assist you in resolving your claim.

If applicable, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the appropriate return address. We recommend keeping a record of the return shipping receipt until your claim has been resolved. Please note that shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Woodfield Return Eligibility

All of our Woodfield products must be returned in their original packaging and resalable condition. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your emailed receipt. Upon receipt of the product in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement; in some cases we may issue a refund by check or ACH payment.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for items shipped to Canada.

Items and packaging marked or stamped with codes by resellers are not eligible for full refunds and if returned may be subject to a restocking fee.

Clearance, sale, and special offer items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Any adjustments will be applied to the same credit card used to place the order.

Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
